TODAY WAS I THINK THE BEST PFT I'VE EVER DONE :D

wake up damn early cause of my sister.
then went to school meet qiuying,kat & kristin came.
& alot of things happen and done.
did art.
then went to concourse and did warm up and all.
then proceed to hall.
did PFT.
shutter run : 11.8, i'm the best!
sit-up : 35
standing broad jump : 175/165+ (i forgot.)
sit & reach : 50, i the best (: )
incline : 16
kat, my sister, felix, yuquan keep disturbing us.
collect valuebles(?) and went.

go home watch 'fantasy couple',
oh ji ho acted one :D,

watch until esp 9 then go eat dinner and bathe.

i think i'll finish by tomorrow lah :D




after eating dinner ate fruits then i found out that i love salt!
salt + 100plus/fruits = super nice la! (:


then just now i bathe,
found that alot of things now around me is purple.
shampoo, hair cream, comb, handphone pouch, gatsby gel, t-shirt (i'm wearing now!).
HAHA.
